- If you have read and followed Care instructions and your jewelry still tarnishes within the first two month of wearing, we offer a free replacement. After two months, we provide a replacement for 50% of the original price within 30 days.

- Shipping within Kuala Lumpur takes 1-7 working days, depending on item availability. Outside Kuala Lumpur, it may take 3-8 working days. International shipping varies and is subject to location and courier selection.

- Yes, we offer next-day returns in Kuala Lumpur if the item was flawed upon receiving, provided that evidence is provided. In most cases, return shipping will be at your own expense.
